Whilst in Norfolk I also took the opportunity to drop by Brays Cottage HQ, home of the infamous Norfolk Pork Pie.  Owner and pie queen, Sarah Pettegree and the team really are passionate about their pies and you can taste it!

No Jelly, none at all and a special blend of Brays Cottage herbs

One for the road, one for the next days lunch and one for...erm, spare.  
Oh and a couple of sausage rolls to cook up later. 

They really are delicious particularily the onion marmalade
